You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poolam, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of Poolam, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Poolam app. Your continued use of the app after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Afghanistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
